Her love of children and her desire to help others lead her to first teach middle school math and then originate mortgages. She married her college sweetheart, John, and moved to Cedar Park in 2001. She and her husband really enjoy Cedar Park, where they benefit from big city amenities while still having the feel of a small-town community. Raising two active boys who play sports and serving in their community doesn’t leave much free time, but they never pass up a chance to spend time on Lake Travis with family, friends, and their miniature goldendoodle, Evie!
